God's heart in a church or individual is seen in their seeking the lost.
I. Serving God in Prayer- 13:2-3

III. Sending Those God Enables- 13:3-4
The praying, fasting, and laying on of hands shows partnership in God's mission. 14:26
IV. Serving Those in God's War- 13:3
5 ways- Pray, Give, Go, Communicate with, and Welcome back, II Timothy 4:9-13
V. Strengthening Those God Returns- 14:26-28
Welcome back, listen to, rejoice with, and replenish them.
Let us seek the lost with God's heart as prayers, goers, and senders.
